Reflex glass is made from high Borosilicate, It can be used with all media except steam at service conditions up to 6MPa and temperature up to 430 °C.
This makes it extremely resistant to the attack of boiler water.
It is used in level gauge in boiler for water position.

Plain glasses are also manufactured from "extra-hard" high borosilicate glass.
The surfaces on both sides are finely smooth and ensure optimal transparency.
It can be used with all media except steam at service conditions up to 8MPa and temperatures up to 430 °C.
